Are you looking to take your running or riding to the next level? This strength training clinic is for you!
Join the experts from NovaCare Rehabiliation as they take us through a dynamic workout for runners and riders. They will be using a variety of techniques including bodyweight exercises focusing on strength, balance and neuromuscular coordination. Come dressed for full participation. All fitness levels are welcome!
