Pro Bike + Run Saturday Group Run – OctoBEERfest and Beer Swap

October 12 — 7:30 am - 10:30 am

Come join Pro Bike +Run and the PBRRC (our running club) for our weekly long run. There are always lots of friendly faces, paces for all levels and new comers are always welcome.

THIS WEEKS LOCATION: Millvale Riverfront Park — meet at the Millvale Riverfront Pavilion

TIME AND CHECK IN: Check in begins at 7:00 am and run departs promptly at 7:30 am.

THE DETAILS: Join us for a run and the first ever beer swap! Read below for more info!

1) Bring a six-pack of beer with you at check-in
2) Go run with your friends
3) Come back at 10:00 for the Beer Swap & snacks
4) Go home with a fancy new six-pack, a belly full of carbs, and a runner’s high

How does the Beer Swap work?
Numbers will be drawn at random and we’ll pick in numerical order, like civilized human beings. Then we’ll do it again. And again. And again. And again. And then one more time.

Won’t that take forever?
Slow beer pickers will be passive-aggressively hassled. We’ll also provide snacks while you’re waiting.

What if I don’t drink beer?
We got ya covered: Bring a tasty non-alcoholic beverage to trade (soda, juice, flavored water, spritzers, etc) and we’ll have a swap for those too.

What if I don’t get back by 10:00?
You get the weird beers nobody wants when you return.

But what if I need to run more miles?
Get back by 10:00, swap your beers, put ‘em in your car, and go run more miles. Choose your route as if your beers depended on it:
