PBRRC Crock Pot Saturday Group Run – Squirrel Hill
February 16 — 8:00 am - 11:00 am
Come join us each week as we gather for our weekly long run. New comers are always welcome and there is no fee to join us.
THE DETAILS: This week we will be running from our Squirrel Hill store with a post run Crock Pot feast to warm us up afterwards. Everyone is asked to bring their favorite crock pot favorite to share and we will have a warm and delicious buffet upon return to the store.
THIS WEEKS LOCATION – Pro Bike + Run, 5876 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, 15217
PARKING: The parking in the business district of Squirrel Hill (Murray Ave, Forbes Ave, and a couple of blocks on Shady Ave) is metered. There are also paid parking lots on the corner of Murray and Forbes (next to the library) and behind Dunkin Donuts (the corner of Shady and Forbes).
TIME AND CHECK IN: Check in begins at 7:30 am and run departs promptly at 8:00 am.
PACE GROUPS: 8:00/mile – 12:00+ / mile with mentors and ambassadors leading all the groups.
DISTANCE: 6, 10 or 14 miles. If you would like to add more, please feel free to do so prior to our run or after you sign out.

Additionally, there will always be turn by turn directions and water stops set up by the staff and certified coaches to help you out.
