Join us for an interactive session to include background about Plantar Fasciitis and Illiotibial Band Sybdrome. Learn who is at risk, what the causes can be, how to recognize symptoms and how to treat.
Session will include stretching techniques, rehabilitation products to aid healing and how to use the foam roller for self treatment.
