HOKA Track Tuesday Workout – Robinson
June 27 — 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Come join us as the Pro Bike + Run Running Club works on getting faster this summer. Each week our certified coaches will put together a great workout to help you reach your potential. Whether you want to run a mile or half marathon, these workouts will help you get quicker. All abilities are welcome and all workouts can be tailored to your level of fitness.
THE DETAILS: This week, we will be joined by our awesome Hoka tech rep and get to test drive several of their amazing shoes. There will be Arahi, Bondi and the new Speedgoat 2.
Please arrive by 6:15 to get your warm up laps in. Drills and workout will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
This is a public track and we will be there with other individuals so be sure to follow proper track etiquette and let’s all have a great summer of speed training.
