Saturday Group Run – Southside

July 8 — 7:30 am - 10:00 am

Come join us each week as we gather for our weekly long run.  New comers are always welcome and there is no fee to join us.

THIS WEEKS LOCATION:  Riverfront Park, Southside

TIME AND CHECK IN: Check in begins at 7:00 am and run departs promptly at 7:30 am.

PACE GROUPS: 8:00/mile – 12:00+ / mile

DISTANCE: 5, 8, 10.5 miles  If you would like to add more, please feel free to do so prior to our run or after you sign out.

ROUTE DESCRIPTION: This week we will be exploring bridges, the north side, Pt. State Park and the river trails.  The 5.5 mile route will be an out and back on the river trail to the first water stop.   The 8 and 10.5 mile route will continue through the north side passing several cool spots and cross some of the cities iconic bridges before heading back to the start.

Additionally, there will always be turn by turn directions and water stops set up by the staff and certified coaches to help you out.
