Have you ever asked yourself, “what pace should I be running for my workouts”, “how does running at different paces effect my body and performance” or “how do my coaches come up with the paces they do for me?” Whether you are new to running or are an experienced veteran, proper pacing is essential for running success. Running the wrong pace can derail training without even realizing it. NO WORRIES! WE ARE HERE TO HELP!
This clinic is designed to teach you all about the different types of paces in running and how each of them impacts your performance. Some paces are better for speed, others endurance. All have their place and which ones you choose to run are determined by your goals. Come let us show you the when, where, how and why of pacing so that you can safely and effectively apply these basic principles to your training and take your running the next level.
